The Children’s Museum

This is an amazing place for interactive learning.  There are different theme rooms that have various hands-on activities like the Electricity Room where kids can create their own electricity and understand how it’s made.  The train room was a big hit when we were there as was the “Public Safety” room where kids climb all over a fire truck.  It’s a great mid-afternoon activity when it is extremely hot outside.  It takes about two hours to get through all the exhibits. There is ample parking surrounding the museum but it is all metered so make sure you have change.
