Cicciolina

Cicciolina was one of the nicest restaurants we found in Cusco it was a true fine dining experience.  The food was great, they offered both a tapas menu and full menu in the bar/lounge area and then only the full menu in the dining room. There were usual spices and dishes and then some more adventurous options as well.  Our thoughts were that you could have picked up the restaurant, put it in any major city in North America and it would compete with the best.
