Toshi Sushi

This is by far one of the best sushi restaurants in Vancouver. Everything is really fresh and tastes so good. Do not plan to go to Toshi’s when you are really hungry because unless you arrive before 5:00pm to line up for the first seating, expect to wait anywhere from 30 mins to 1 hour for a table. They don’t take reservations but if you are a sushi lover it is definitely worth the wait. You have to try their eggplant it is baked with a miso sauce which makes it sweet and really tasty. My favorite rolls are their house roll and box sushi roll the box roll has raw salmon, ebi and a thin slice of lemon on the top, with a spicy mayo in the middle. The box sushi roll is not on the menu so only those who know about this secret specialty can order it.
