Deep Cove Kayaking

Deep Cove Canoe & Kayak Centre is located in Deep Cove, North Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Only 30 minutes from downtown Vancouver on the shores of beautiful Indian Arm, it is a paddler’s paradise.  There is breathtaking scenery and on most days, the water is quite calm.  I have only ever taken out a double kayak with one of my children and found them to be extremely stable.  They supply you with all the gear although you can get a bit wet from the seat.  I find it best to wear shorts and Crocs and not too much on top as it’s hot work, especially with a PFD on.

Don’t forget the sunscreen if it’s hot and a pair of mountain bike gloves might save the blisters if you have dishwash hands like me.
