Feedback Tips and Suggestions
As a Resident Visitor beta tester, we’re relying on you to provide us with valuable insight and info on how the system we’ve lovingly built is performing.
If you come across something you think we should know about, please don’t hesitate to tell us! Indeed, there are no dumb questions or comments. That being said, some feedback can be too vague.
Here’s a few tips on providing helpful feedback:
- Let us know the URL of the page where you’ve spotted something. Do this easily by copying and pasting the URL from your browser’s address bar into either an email to (JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) or in the message field of our contact form.
- Describe the problem and try to be specific as to part of the page or what feature is affected/malfunctioning etc.
- If there is an error message printed on the page, copy and paste it into your message to us.
Above all, we appreciate any and all feedback you can provide.
