New feature addition: ability to view a member’s places by keyword Tag

Thanks to SlapStart.com for the idea! Now when you browser a user’s places, you will see a list of any of the tags they’ve used to assign to places. When you click on one of those tags, you will see all of the places they have added that they’ve “tagged” with that keyword. For example, looking for things to do in with Toddlers? Check out what sevans recommends!
